Education has an important position in the development of students' morals. Strategies in formal education, especially in madrasas, have an important role in shaping the character and morals of students. Implementing class separation between male and female students is a strategy that is rarely used by formal schools in Indonesia. By separating classes between male and female students, it should be possible to improve students' morals. This study aims to evaluate and analyze the implementation of class separation between male and female students in efforts to develop morals in schools. Separating classes between male and female students has become one of the strategies used by several schools in an effort to improve students' moral development. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of class separation can have positive or negative impacts depending on the context and implementation. Positive impacts include increasing student concentration in learning about moral values, reducing social disruption in the classroom, and increasing students' comfort in talking about ethical issues. However, there are also negative impacts, such as the potential for social isolation between male and female students, as well as restrictions on inter-sex interactions which can hinder students' social development. This research also identified that the successful implementation of class separation is very dependent on the understanding of teachers and school staff about the moral goals to be achieved, as well as their efforts in creating an environment that supports students' moral and ethical development. The results of this research provide better insight into the implementation of class separation between male and female students in efforts to develop morals. This research also underlines the importance of a balanced and sustainable approach to moral development, which not only considers class divisions, but also other social and educational aspects
