The aim of the study was to determine the extent to which the teacher's personality competence influences the process and results of Islamic jurisprudence learning. The research method used is quantitative with a Cross Sectoral Approach, namely research that is carried out simultaneously on a case using different subjects. This research aims to find the truth by thinking scientifically in a systematic way. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the learning process (X1) and the teacher's personality (Y) at MTs Negeri 3 Sidoarjo. The implication is that the learning process will be better if the teacher's personality is more perfect. Therefore, what is already good must be maintained, while what is still lacking must be improved. Efforts to increase this can be done by increasing the level of discipline of teachers. The study also found that there was an effect of learning outcomes (X2) on teacher personality (Y) at MTs Negeri 3 Sidoarjo. The implication is that student learning outcomes improve when the teacher's personality improves. The positive results of students must be maintained by means of: innovative learning models, teacher-student relations, student-student relations, madrasah discipline and madrasah facilities.
