Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan Islam (Studi Kasus di Sekolah Dasar Islam Plus Al-Azhar Kota Mojokerto)

Transformational leadership is the behavior of leaders who have strong self-confidence, high commitment, have a clear vision, are diligent, hardworking, consistent, able to show big ideas, and are able to transmit them to the components of educational organizations. In addition, transformational leaders are able to influence the components of the educational organization, especially towards the goals of the educational organization, provide insight and awareness of the mission, generate pride, and foster trust in the components of the educational organization. This study aims to describe the leadership patterns applied at SD Islam Plus Al-Azhar, the leadership behavior of the principal at SD Islam Plus Al-Azhar, and how to improve the quality of education carried out by the principal at SD Islam Plus Al-Azhar, Mojokerto City. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach.
